The Cleanoceanproject was born, because we could not stand the situation at our local beaches any longer. Actually they looked like a dump, all sorts of trash all over the place. Nobody was looking after it. So we did. Nearly 10 years since then the beaches on the north shore of Fuerteventura are much cleaner, the support of the local goverment is growing and the attitude towards the ocean, the beaches is changing little by little. It feels great.
